By accepting delivery of any of the products offered on Rocraft.net you as a customer agree to the terms listed below. These terms may not be altered, amended, or modified as this will result in the agreement being voided. Rocraft.net may alter these terms without written notice so they should be checked each time an order delivered.

Rocraft.net Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: Rocraft.net offers a 30-day replacement or exchange for defective products that have requested a Return Merchandise Authorization within the first 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be given on products still in original packing or a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Return Merchandise Authorization: To return a product a return merchandise authorization form must be filled out and submitted on our site and an email with be sent within 24 hours providing the number to ship the product back in for return, replacement, or exchange. Rocraft.net will pay the shipping charges to send replacements or exchanges back to a customer but the customer is liable for shipping charges of the defective item back to us. Returns will be refunded of the full amount minus shipping charges once verification of acceptance of terms has been met after the product is received.

Warranty: Products sold through Rocraft.net are not manufactured at Rocraft.net. The products come with a full manufacturer warranty when available and this warranty is redeemable through the manufacturer if the product is past the initial 30 day guarantee. Rocraft.net is not responsible for false claims made by the manufacturer and such legal action must be taken directly against the manufacturer as by purchasing a product through our site you agree to these terms and that the maximum liability for Rocraft.net is the purchase price minus shipping charges of the product or products sold.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute between Rocraft.net and customers against these terms will be handled by the laws of Virginia. This regards the validity and interpretation of this agreement set forth between Rocraft.net and purchasing customers. Customers agree not to bring any legal disputes against Rocraft.net over one year from original purchase date.
